The Club was formed in 1967 and currently has approximately 150 members.

Club dues are $10.00 per year for whole family or individual.

Business meetings and carving sessions are held on the first Tuesday of each month from 7:00-9:00pm at the First Presbyterian Church, Hwy 161 and Royal Heights Rd., Belleville, Il.

Activities include:
 Carving every Monday at 7:00 p.m. Except Monday preceding business meeting 1st Tuesday in month.
 Monthly club meeting the 1st Tuesday of each month.
 Carving show each November (open to the public) with over 12,000 visitors.
