About Us

The Club maintains a small library of carving books and video tapes, which may be
checked out by members at the monthly meetings.
Meetings are held every Thursday October through March at the Nomad Shrines Hall - 1044 Nolana (between Sugar Rd and McCall Rd) from 8 AM till 12 PM. We work on our projects and enjoy being together First meeting of the month members display their best carving made the previous month and members vote on 1st, 2nd, 3rd best carving. Second Thursday's is the business meeting, time 8 AM till 12 PM at the Nomad Shrines Hall Clinics. Min classes are provided at our meetings. Prices are low as instructors donate their time. Class participation is on a first come first served basis. Four newsletters are mailed to every member during the year. We have one judged show and table display each year in January at the Pharr International Convention Center. Fellowship is an important aspect of our group. Join us and have a good Time.
